The Tertiary Accord of New Zealand (TANZ) - a network of ITPs - comprises:
- NorthTec
- Bay of Plenty Polytechnic
- UCOL
- EIT
- NMIT
- CPIT
- Otago Polytechnic.
Through collaboration TANZ will:
- strengthen / enhance the performance of member institutions and the ITP sector;
- show leadership towards a better vocational education system in NZ.
What we will achieve 2011-2013.
- Collegial networking (including staff development opportunities)
- Develop and leverage best practice for educational effectiveness of the members
- Secure operational efficiencies for the members
- Present external revenue opportunities for the members
- Make significant contributions on key policy areas.
The Memorandum of Understanding is the key document providing the cornerstone of TANZ.
