TANZ Refocus
In October 2010 the TANZ Board had a strategic refocus of TANZ.
It was agreed that through collaboration TANZ will:
- strengthen / enhance the performance of member institutions and the ITP sector;
- show leadership towards a better vocational education system in NZ.
From 2011-2013 it was agreed that the following would be the focus:
- Collegial networking (including staff development opportunities)
- Develop and leverage best practice for educational effectiveness of the members
- Secure operational efficiencies for the members
- Present external revenue opportunities for the members
- Make significant contributions on key policy areas.
