Delivery

TANZ can offer a range of learning delivery methods - from the traditional face-to-face classroom mode through to training that is totally online, where a learner can study from home or work. Within this range are a number of options. Often the solution that best meets client needs is a blended approach with differing proportions of face-to-face and distance (online, paper-based or CD-Rom) elements as appropriate. Some learners will prefer totally online study that offers the flexibility to fit in with their other commitments. Other learners may prefer to study at their own pace but with a larger proportion of "human" support. Others will prefer to learn in the traditional environment that is 100% face-to-face, either in an educational institution or in their own workplace. But whatever delivery method is chosen, it has to meet the learners' needs and those of the organisation. There also needs to be opportunities for learners to "meet" and discuss and debate. TANZ has well-recognised expertise in applying high quality instructional design to learning material that allows for interactivity and the development of communities of learning. Delivering training that is contextualised to the learner's environment and needs means that there are opportunities to practise what has been learned in a "real world" situation.
