 Applied Workplace Based Online Learning
To maximise the value for learners from the online delivery of applied workplace learning, it is important that appropriate support systems are provided. TANZ is currently undertaking a research project which looks at what learner support is most appropriate and of most value to them. The research will take into account learner ability, location, context and needs, industry and organisation requirements, new modes of education delivery, administration and funding processes for institutions in order to meet the realities of workplace learning.
